What Is Emotional Release?

Emotional Release is a body‑led process that helps identify and clear the emotional patterns, stress responses, and energetic imbalances stored in your system. These patterns often develop from past experiences, chronic stress, or unresolved emotions — and they can quietly influence your mood, energy, digestion, hormones, and overall wellbeing.

Using intuitive muscle testing, we listen to how your body responds to specific emotions, memories, or stressors. This helps us understand what your system is holding onto and what it’s ready to release. The process is calm, supportive, and deeply personalized.

Your body remembers everything. Emotional Release helps it let go.

What Emotional Release Can Support

Clients often seek this work when they’re experiencing:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional heaviness

  • Mood swings or irritability

  • Feeling “stuck,” disconnected, or shut down

How It Works

1. Your body communicates through muscle testing

Emotions create measurable shifts in the nervous system. Through muscle testing, we can identify which emotions or patterns are creating stress in the body.

2. We explore the emotional patterns your body is holding

These may be connected to:

  • Past experiences

  • Chronic stress

  • Protective responses

  • Family or generational patterns

  • Old beliefs or emotional imprints

Your body guides the process — nothing is forced or pushed.

3. We release the emotional stress using muscle‑testing‑guided methods

Once a pattern is identified, we use a gentle, intuitive release process guided entirely by your body’s responses. This may include identifying the emotion, acknowledging the pattern, and allowing the body to shift out of the stress response it has been holding.

4. We support the body as it integrates

As emotional patterns release, clients often notice:

  • More clarity

  • More energy

  • A calmer internal state

  • A deeper sense of connection with themselves

If your body asks for additional support — nutritional, herbal, or lifestyle — we integrate that as well.

What to Expect in a Session

Emotional Release sessions are available in 30‑ or 60‑minute appointments, with the option to bundle multiple sessions or combine services through a personalized plan. Each session is guided entirely by your body’s responses through intuitive muscle testing.

During your appointment, we identify the emotional patterns, stress responses, or energetic imbalances your system is ready to release. The process is gentle, grounded, and paced according to what your body can comfortably integrate.

Follow‑up sessions continue to build on this work by:

  • Identifying new or lingering emotional patterns

  • Supporting the body as it unwinds and recalibrates

  • Releasing stress responses that surface

  • Tracking how your system shifts over time

  • Adjusting your plan as your body’s needs evolve

Many clients choose weekly sessions for the first several weeks as their system begins to soften and stabilize, then transition to bi‑weekly or monthly support.

Trapped Negative Emotions

When we don't successfully process and release a negative emotion it becomes trapped in the physical body. Over time this can lead to physical pain and other negative symptoms.  By identifying and releasing these trapped emotions we can help correct these imbalances and relieve emotional and physical pain and discomfort.

Inherited Negative Emotions

Trapped emotions have energetic resonance, and these energies can be passed down from generation to generation without our awareness. While we may not know they exist, they can still have a negative impact on our lives! These energies are called Inherited Trapped Emotions. While it might sound “out there,” there is actual science behind this phenomenon.

Heart Wall

If you have experienced heartbreak of disappointment in the past, then chances are you have a Heart Wall. This is an energetic wall around your heart, made up of trapped negative emotions. This is our subconscious mind's way of numbing the pain of the past and protecting us from getting hurt in the future.  While it sounds helpful, it's only helpful in the moment and has the potential from holding you back emotionally when no longer needed.

The Belief Code

Our Core Belief System can dramatically impact how we perceive every aspect of our lives! The four main layers of a Faulty Belief System are addressed by the Belief Code, allowing practitioners to systematically release unwanted negative beliefs. The four layers are represented by a tree analogy:

Negative Programs

Negative Programs are the result of the full system, producing negative automatic thoughts. They are the easiest part of the Faulty Belief System to perceive and can be recognized as negative self-talk and negative chatter in the mind.

Faulty Core Belief

When a negative belief is reinforced, and supported by other emotions, that belief begins to grow and even become additional beliefs. It spreads and compounds upon itself, becoming a tangled web of roots that becomes our belief system.

Limiting Beliefs

When you ask why the belief system exists, you will find the limiting belief at the center. This belief is likely something you believe about yourself or the world. You might have no idea that thought was lingering in your subconscious mind.

Faulty Core Identity

A Faulty Core Identity is the origin story of the belief. These beliefs often begin when we are children and absorb the ideas around us without question. These become associated with our identity so closely, they may be unrecognizable to us.
