Labs can be instrumental in helping to dive deeper and gather information about your health and body to assist in determining: the root causes to your symptoms, toxicities, organ dysfunction, pathogens, nutritional deficiencies and more. These forms of testing can be offered in a series of: self-administered blood spot, saliva, urine as well as stool lab testing to help determine the underlying causes of ill or non-optimal health to help bring your body and mind back into a state of balance and harmony.
Functional Nutritional Assessment
The Functional Nutitional Assessment is a unique combination of nutritional tests that provides an analysis of key nutritional biomarkers.
Blue Poo
BLU POO is used to determine how long it takes food to move through your digestive tract from start to finish, which is referred to as your gut transit time. Using a natural pigment, BLU POO colors the food consumed alongside it, which then produces blue-colored stool. Using BLU POO to track your gut transit time can provide you with valuable insights into how effectively your body processes food, absorbs nutrients, metabolizes fiber, as well as the health of your gut microbiome.

Vitamin D Testing
Vitamin D, a crucial fat-soluble nutrient, has a significant part in numerous physiological functions within the human body. It’s indispensable for maintaining optimal bone health, regulating calcium absorption, and aiding cellular processes through its interaction with vitamin D receptors in different cells. Vitamin D testing is a beneficial tool that can accurately assess your vitamin D status, essential in determining your nutritional well-being. Scientific evidence points out that individuals with higher circulating levels of vitamin D, often determined through vitamin D testing, typically have enhanced immune function and cardiovascular health.

The DUTCH Plus® test looks at sex hormones and their metabolites, as well as the overall diurnal pattern of free cortisol, and the total and distribution of cortisol metabolites. The DUTCH Plus allows us to look deeper at how hormones play a specific role in your health.
